Trusted Jewellery ERP Solution for Retailers, Manufacturers and Wholesalers
Vowerole is jewellery ERP software for Indian jewellers: inventory by weight and purity, GST billing, POS, purchase, manufacturing and job work, CRM, accounting and analytics — on one ledger where every is explained.
No card. Set up your shop, add your stock, and raise a bill the same afternoon.
Every piece, five weights
Net = Gross − Stone − Other
Fine = Net × purity
A gross weight below net plus stone plus other is refused at every door — the form, the import, the API and the offline sync. One constraint, not four validations that can disagree.
Benefits
Not a feature list — the six things a jeweller notices in the first fortnight.
Stock is an append-only ledger of movements, so a balance can always be taken apart into the entries that produced it. Nothing to reconcile by hand at closing.
The day’s rate, the making charge and the wastage are already known. A counter bill is a few fields and a print, and the offline app does it with the line down.
Tax invoices with an IRN, credit notes that point at what they reverse, HUID on the piece, and financial reporting that reconciles to what you filed.
Stock, billing, purchase, manufacturing, karigar accounts, girvi, schemes and your website read the same figures. A number is entered once.
Barcode and RFID tags, certificate and hallmark references, and stock audits that reconcile a whole counter against the ledger rather than against a memory.
Branch and warehouse stock, transfers as documents, staff scoped to the branches they work in, and reporting that compares them.
The idea underneath
A balance is nothing but the entries that made it. There is no stored quantity anybody keeps in step by hand, which is why a stock figure here can always be taken apart and accounted for.
One append-only entry per movement, stamped with the weight, the purity and the document that caused it.
balance = Σ entries
Not a stored figure kept in step by hand. There is nothing to drift.
Modules
Switch on what you run. Every module below is a real part of the product, and the ones you have not bought are simply not there rather than greyed out to sell you something.
Metal in, metal out, and a ledger that can account for every gram of it.
Every piece, its weight, its purity and where it is standing — as a movement ledger, so a balance is always explained by the entries that made it.
Orders to your suppliers, goods received against them, and a return that raises the debit note rather than quietly editing history.
One record per person, whatever name the bill was written in, with duplicates merged rather than multiplied.
Price a piece at the counter, hand over an estimate, and turn it into a bill without keying it twice.
A handwritten estimate or a supplier’s bill photographed and turned into a draft you check rather than retype.
Somebody else’s spreadsheet, in whatever shape it arrived, read into your stock without a template to fill in first.
What was billed, what was filed, what is owed, and what it all adds up to.
Stock, sales and purchases, on the days you want them, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet first.
A filed tax invoice with an IRN on it, printed the way a customer expects to be handed one.
The other half of a sale: a return that points at the invoice it reverses, and a note that says so.
Ledgers, a trial balance and the statutory reporting — figures that reconcile to what you actually filed.
Monthly instalment schemes, the maturity that follows, and a customer who can see where they have got to.
Pledged-gold lending: what was taken in, what interest has accrued, and the redemption that closes it.
What is moving, what is sitting, and which of your branches is doing which — across the modules you run.
Jobs on the bench, metal in a karigar’s custody, and the wastage it comes back with.
Jobs on the bench, metal issued against them, and finished goods that arrive back into stock as stock.
Every gram in a karigar’s custody, the wastage agreed with them, and the account that settles it.
Who came in, at what hour they did, and what the month adds up to when it is time to pay them.
The customers who never walk in, and the ones who need a reason to.
Your own storefront on your own domain, rendered on the server so it is read by search engines, not just browsers.
The day’s rate and the news of an order, sent where your customers already read things.
A catalogue photograph out of a phone snap taken on the counter, so a new arrival is online the same afternoon.
Page titles, descriptions and captions written from your own stock, so a search for what you sell finds you selling it.
A paragraph for every piece, in your shop’s voice, from the weight and the stones you already recorded.
A public website — pages, sections, media — for a business that isn’t a jeweller and doesn’t need a jeweller’s catalogue.
A simple product list — name, price, photo, stock — for any small business.
Where it runs
The same compiled pricing and weight packages run on the server, in the browser and on the offline counter — so the three cannot disagree about what a piece costs.
Everything, on any browser in the shop or at home. Server-rendered, so it opens fast on the hardware a counter actually has.
A desktop app that reads and writes to its own encrypted database first. A line going down during a festival rush stops nothing; a badge and a queue count are the only difference.
Your catalogue on your own domain, rendered on the server so search engines read a finished page — not an empty one waiting for JavaScript. Connect your own Google Analytics and Search Console accounts and Vowerole reads their figures back, so traffic and search performance sit beside your sales.
A mobile app built for your shop, carrying your name and your colours, showing your customers their schemes and their orders.
Industries
One product, and eight honest accounts of which parts of it matter most depending on what you sell and how you make it.
A gold business is priced off a rate that changes daily and a purity that changes by the piece. Both are first-class facts here rather than columns somebody types twice.
Read moreThe moment a piece has stones in it, one weight stops being enough. The model carries five, and the database refuses a piece whose weights do not reconcile.
Read moreSilver moves in weight the way gold moves in pieces. The same ledger handles it, because it was built on weight rather than on a unit count.

Read moreWhy Vowerole
They are not positioning. They are the constraints the schema and the services are written against, and they are the reason a figure printed last March still reads the same today.
The day’s rate is published once and everything priced anywhere reads it from there. No screen re-derives a figure another screen already stamped, which is why an invoice reprinted next year prints the rate it was billed at.
A return raises a credit note. A reversal raises a debit note. Nothing quietly rewrites what was already handed to a customer, so the trail through your books is the trail through your counter.
Prices and weight conversions are compiled packages that run on the server, in the browser and on the offline counter. Identical figures by construction rather than by testing.
The weight identity is a database check constraint and stock has no editable quantity column. The things that go wrong in jewellery systems are made impossible rather than validated against.
Founder
Not a faceless vendor. The person who designed the ledger answers the email.

Founder and Lead Software Architect · Vowerole
Aman Kumar Singh is the Founder and Lead Software Architect behind Vowerole. With years of experience designing enterprise software, distributed systems, cloud-native platforms and ERP solutions, he created Vowerole to help jewellery businesses across India streamline billing, inventory, manufacturing, CRM and retail operations.
Google integration
Optional, and nothing else depends on it. Connect your own Google account and Vowerole creates an Analytics property for your storefront and reads Analytics and Search Console figures back into your dashboard.
Two permissions are requested and the consent screen shows both: Google Analytics, so a property and a “Website” data stream can be created for a shop that has none yet and its figures read back, and Google Search Console, read-only, so the searches people used to find the shop sit next to what they bought.
That data is used only to show you your own figures inside your own account. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to train anything. Disconnect from the website settings and the stored credential is deleted.
Exactly which permissions, and whyFAQ
Every answer here is a claim about the software you can hold us to.
Jewellery ERP software runs the whole business on one system rather than on separate billing, stock and accounts tools: inventory by weight and purity, purchase and sale documents, GST invoicing, manufacturing and job work, customer records and the reporting that follows from all of it. The point of the “one system” part is that a figure is entered once and every screen that shows it reads the same source.
Yes. The desktop counter app is offline-first, not offline-tolerant: it reads and writes to its own encrypted local database and treats the network as a background detail, so billing continues with the line down and syncs when it returns. The only visible difference is a badge and a queue count.
Yes. Tax invoices are filed with an IRN, returns raise a credit note that points at the invoice it reverses, and financial reporting reconciles to what was filed. GST invoicing switches on once your GSTIN is verified in Business settings, because a filed invoice needs a verified statutory identity behind it.
Yes. Metal bought over the counter raises a purchase document in that customer’s own name with its tested purity recorded, rather than an adjustment against a supplier who never sold you anything. The exchange then settles against the sale in the same transaction.
Yes. Stock is held per branch and warehouse, transfers between them are documents that post through the same movement ledger as everything else, and users are scoped to the branches they are assigned to.
From the day’s published rate for that metal and purity, plus making charges and wastage, plus stone value where there are stones. The rate is published once and read everywhere; what a document stamped is what it reprints, so an old invoice never quietly reprices itself at today’s rate.
There is a free trial with the everyday modules switched on, and paid plans for the rest. Prices are not published on this site yet — talk to us and we will quote against the modules, branches and users you actually need rather than a tier you have to grow into.
Vowerole is built by Aman Kumar Singh, its founder and lead software architect, who designed it around the constraint that every gram of metal in the system has to be explainable by the entries that produced it.
